Capline and Jacob Smith my credentialing coordinator have been so helpful and communicative. I am working with them to get on 5 insurance panels for now, with plans to add more in the future. We have been using Capline service for billing for a year now. I used their fee schedule entry service as well which ‘needs improvement’ in term of accuracy and on time service. We used their insurance eligibility and verification service for a month. Over all they are OK company to work with. They do minor mistakes, but if you can get past that, then are the company for you. They are not perfect(noboby is) , but when you give feedback and give them time to fix it, they make it right.
I have worked with Puneet for the last year to do credentialing with multiple insurance companies and he has help me complete this without issues. He is prompt with communication.
